I am pleased to be Patron of
the Restoration fund and endorse its cause. St George’s Church Hanover Square
has served the people of West London for nearly three hundred years but is now
in need of repair and renewal.
St George’s has given to the
community in more ways than just spiritually. The annual Handel Festival has
just completed its thirty-first season, and the Story of Christmas Appeal of
which I am President, has raised over three million pounds for London charities
over the past twenty-eight years. It is now time to give something back to St
George’s.
Thank you for any support you
may give to maintain this historic grade one
listed Church to help it continue serving London for another three hundred
years.
