Morning Calm: week four

Morning Calm continues after the Bank Holiday with performances (between Tuesday 28th and Friday 31st May) by the Latvian pianist, Nataly Ganina.

Nataly is currently studying at the Royal College of Music with Professor Nigel Clayton. After winning a local competition “Talent of Latvia” she gave her first solo concert in 2012 in the Golden Hall of Riga Latvian Society. In 2014, after receiving the Diploma of Distinction at the Chopin International Piano Competition, Nataly was honoured with an opportunity to participate in the international masterclass series by chairman of the jury, Lauri Vainmaa. Nataly has participated in masterclasses of Dmitri Bashkirov, Lauri Vainmaa, Ivari Ilja, Igor Lazko, Mikhail Voskresensky, Anton Lyakhovsky. Nataly graduated from Jurmala Secondary Music School where she studied with associate professor Artur Cinguev, who graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, class of Elisso Virsaladze. As well as her solo career, Nataly has played in many chamber ensembles, especially piano trios and quartets. She performed with Latvian National Symphony Orchestra as well as chamber orchestra "Kremerata Baltica".
